MX, which is the claim you think needs an in-line citation in the footnote? That mom rajawongse is an honorific title, or that his name is Pia Malakul? Personally, I don't see it as making a claim, but just an explanation for readers who may be familiar with Thai names (but is pretty much common knowledge for those acquainted with Thai subjects). --Paul_012 (talk) 13:33, 8 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]

  • @Paul 012: Both. The footnote is an absolute statement of fact that was not obvious to me. If I were to say "Mom rajawongse is a Thai honorific hereditary title denoting a (whatever random fact you want)", how would that not be a claim? Same goes for the following sentence. I'll take your word for it, but why should others (including our non-Thai readers) do the same? MX () 18:16, 8 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]
