Issues

[edit]

I have read a bit of the proposed constitution(the executive and judiciary roles and powers,I am content with it because it realises the essence of representing women and the disabled)

I have also read the proposed constitution and I think there are a few serious issues which need to be looked at before it goes to referendum. eg among listed in wiki page chapter 1 /2 /6 can be a loop hole to bring strange laws to the country, chapter 1 / 2 / 5 the word 'may' can give a leeway for armed forces to strike (chapter 3/41/2d), chapter 3 /14 /4 can be easly abused by neighbouring wartone countries to damp their children, chapter 3 /41 /3 omition of (a) to (d) may or may not be a malicious omition, chapter 5/ 63/d/ ii the term 'ancestral land' can cause confusion if not tribal crushes to people living in those lands.

There are several other issues which can poison the good proposed constitution if not carefuly looked at. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 196.202.216.233 (talk) 20:03, 15 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I read everywhere that it will disperse many of the president's powers, but the post of PM isn't included, and the cabinet isn't even responsible to Parliament! How can the President lose power if he's going to be head of government once again? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 218.144.148.33 (talk) 09:14, 5 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]
