Cryptocarya meisneriana

The correct name of this taxon is Cryptocarya meisneriana.^[1]^[2] As explained at Australian Plant Census, "Frodin (1976) adopted the spelling 'meisnerana' for the epithet of this species. This must be corrected to 'meisneriana' under Rec. 60c.1(d) and Art. 60.11 of the ICBN. The spelling 'meissneriana' adopted by Hyland (1989) however is incorrect. Meis(s)ner spelled his name in two different ways, and either is correct. The spelling 'meisneriana' is not a correctable error."^[2]
