Southernmost Cat:4 (SSHS) in SPac?

[edit]

I'm still looking at all the past storm tracks to determine if this is true or not. Wilma was upgraded to Category 4 intensity at 23.4S which I believe is as far south as any SPac tropical cyclone has done so or even reached. I can confirm it's not a record for the Southern Hemisphere as Intense Tropical Cyclone Doaza in 1988 attained this at 24.1S and held it until 27.5S.
