  • Is 'nm' namometer? If so, use the full word. Initialisms should be avoided at first use. I notice it is linked on fourth or so use, the link should be in the first mention. The same with Mb/s and MHz as an initialism and the linking of volt and DDR late in the article. This aspects needs a thorough clean-up for the whole article, such as CAS, CRC etc.
  • How can one in 2011 know what the market share of DDR3 will be in 2012 (market share five years after 2007 launch)?
  • The sentence starting with "In February 2009" reads awkward.
  • The fair use image is probably fine until the article reaches sales, at which time it would have to be replaced by a free image.
  • 'bandwidth' and 'point-to-point' are both disambig pages.
  • Link three under ref 28 is dead.
  • As 'Synchronous dynamic random access memory' is linked in the article, it should not be in the see also section.
  • Quotes should be in quotation marks, not italics (probably not a GA criteria, but I'll mention it anyways).
  • Did some minor tweaking.

Otherwise the article is well-written, interesting and encyclopedic. Placing on hold until the above has been seen to. Arsenikk (talk) 22:17, 2 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I am failing the article as no work has been done in three weeks to meet the above comments. Arsenikk (talk) 20:07, 24 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]
