Proposed move

[edit]

I propose this page be moved to David Phillips (engineer), because he is not in fact an entrepreneur, he is just a conscientious shopper. EAE (Holla!) 09:11, 5 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I disagree. He is an entrepreneur because (as the article defines it) he took risks and assumed responsibility for them. Indeed that article states "[entrepreneurs] are successful because their passion for an outcome leads them to organize available resources in new and more valuable ways," which he definitely did. Furthermore, his notability derives solely from his taking advantage of the frequent flier promotion; as an engineer he's just another guy. Totnesmartin (talk) 21:40, 15 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

"earning points five times faster than he is spending them"

[edit]

The 2nd to last paragraph, 3rd to last sentence, states he's earning points faster than he's spending them since 2000. The source makes no mention of that. There's also no explanation for how he would currently be earning points faster than he's spending them. Sdmitch16 (talk) 06:49, 27 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]
