The Descriptive Color Names Dictionary is a book, of which the first 9 pages are descriptive. This article currently has a grand total of 3 paragraphs, of which every bit of information comes directly from that source. A source which, you will notice, is included in the “References” section. If you like, I can make a “Notes” section, and add a single footnote, linked 3 times, which says “Taylor, Knoche, and Granville 1950, pp. 1–9”. Given that this article was created yesterday and is clearly still incomplete, how about we give it the benefit of the doubt and wait on mucking it up with superfluous and inaccurate message box templates.
