page title. If anyone has a better suggestion than "accomplice", I'm all ears.E.M.Gregory (talk) 18:43, 17 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]

@E.M.Gregory: Hi, yes. Just saw this page while browsing the new pages feed and was wondering the same. I'm a bit concerned about the name when Mr. Marquez hasn't been convicted of anything. (Or even charged, yet.) I've raised it on the BLP noticeboard for discussion as I'm not sure of what it would be best to change the name to myself. Blythwood (talk) 18:46, 17 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]
User:Blythwood I put the page up because all the major news outlets have the story that his indictment is pending. I would not have put the sotry up without that prompt. Once he's charged with something - and this may be like Al Capone, they may only charge him with violation of the laws on legal transfer of weapons at this point - but once they charge him with something, he certainly has the notoriety to support an article. BPL is for the protection of otherwise obscure people.E.M.Gregory (talk) 18:53, 17 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Now that the BLPCRIME concern with "accomplice" has been addressed, I don't think there's a great need to move until AfD resolves. While "US citizen" does distinguish him from the other people of this name, it's a pretty unusual, if not unique, disambiguator, and WP:D prescribes common disambiguators. I might suggest Enrique Marquez (California). (United States) is fine but awfully broad. --BDD (talk) 22:27, 17 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]

The result of the proposal was move per request. Currently, there is consensus to redirect the article on this topic to 2015 San Bernardino attack#Enrique Marquez, per Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Enrique Marquez (accomplice). This does not change that. However, since that close is predicated on a status that may change – a real possibility of a future article being warranted – the topic name (and where its history should reside pending that eventuality) is important. The base title is [now] a DAB page, so we need the natural disambiguation provided by "Jr."--Fuhghettaboutit (talk) 19:03, 27 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Enrique Marquez (US citizen)Enrique Marquez Jr. – Full name of individual, "US Citizen" as descriptor is unusual - Cwobeel (talk) 22:10, 18 December 2015 (UTC) - Cwobeel (talk) 22:10, 18 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]
