Cultivation

[edit]

If Cultivation is added, I highly recommend this shrub be planted in sharp drainage. They do best being grown lean of water. Lush growth is tender and is more susceptible to freeze damage. It also blooms freely when grown under dry conditions. I have a friend who has a super lush and tender growth and no flowers. Mine survived in zone 8b (Canada) for well over a decade and proved quite cold tolerant. It was under a large cedar tree and the tree's root kept the soil dry. 2604:3D08:1781:BE00:DDDA:AEE8:D0A3:B44D (talk) 05:00, 26 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]
