[edit]A few comments on the overall article: it seems as though the article could flow better if there more description in the Lead what Flow Velocity is. While the current Lead has many good facts and descriptions of this topic, it gets a bit lost given the detailed jargon that is found right from the first sentence. My recommendation is for an initial sentence or two with a very basic description of what flow velocity is (the speed of movement of a fluid, or something along these lines) followed by a statement involving the greater mathematic complexity of vectors and general mathematics. I think this would give context to the already existing start and would help frame the overall article. This may seem trivial or redundant, but I think it would help a lay person understand better much of what is discussed.Evanpmlester (talk) 00:18, 8 March 2020 (UTC)
