Chinese millet

I removed "Chinese millet" from the list of English vernacular names for this plant/grain. I haven't found anything suggesting that is a term for Setaria italica, but easily found sources listing it as a name for Setaria faberi (which is not a cultivated crop): Merriam-Webster, and WildFoodsHomeGarden.com. Vernacular names are tricky - M-W also lists it as a name for sorghum (they use the generic name Sorghum vulgare) and millet in Australia. It may be that somewhere "Chinese millet" is actually used for foxtail millet, but if so and that name is therefore returned to this article, then it should IMO have a reference and mention other uses of the name per the above.
