Looks like a copyright violation. I'll be removing it unless you can demonstrate otherwise. --Jameboy (talk) 16:20, 13 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

pace is his greatest asset...

[edit]

This is a point of view and as such cannot be put on his page. It is not verifiable. Refer to the wikipedia guidelines on [| POV]. Do you not think that it is mildly childish to suggest that you would 'delete the page'? Woodym555 14:56, 29 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Lol. Never underestimate the closed mindedness and, frankly, anal nature, of those who claim to be the keepers of this particular vault of knowledge. 'Deleting the page' is your classic "this is wiki, I know what I'm doing and I'm gonna make sure you know it" kinda response. :D —Preceding unsigned comment added by Bannatyne84 (talkcontribs) 03:08, 17 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Darius Vassell

[edit]

Why is Vassell mentioned in this article? It's not true, or appropriate, scrap it please. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 124.189.115.33 (talk) 11:58, 26 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

'boyhood team'?

[edit]

When the article says 'He was spotted by boyhood team Aston Villa', does it mean the team he supported as a boy? Or his local team? Needs to be clarified. Earthlyreason (talk) 03:57, 12 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Youtube videos

[edit]

Hi. Please do not add Youtube videos from random channels to articles like you did at Olof Mellberg and Gabriel Agbonlahor, for example. Per Wikipedia:Verifiability, inline citations (Wikipedia:Inline citation) are used to back claims made in an article. Videos from random YouTube channels are not reliable sources (WP:RS). I can see how it might be interesting to view the goals mentioned in an article but Wikipedia does not work this way. Kind regards, Robby.is.on (talk) 00:05, 22 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. Please follow Wikipedia procedures if you intend to quote Wikipedia procedures at another user. Your original message should have be added to the article talk page, not my personal talk. JorgeLaArdilla (talk) 07:12, 22 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]
@JorgeLaArdilla: This was not about the content of any specific article but about your editing across multiple articles. So the appropriate place to contact you was your Talk page. See WP:OWNTALK. Kind regards, Robby.is.on (talk) 08:38, 22 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]
The specific article is Gabriel Agbonlahor where you removed content.JorgeLaArdilla (talk) 11:15, 22 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]
@JorgeLaArdilla: I'm sorry but this is silly, it's not just about the Agbonlahor article. You quoted my initial message above. Do I really need to repeat it? Robby.is.on (talk) 11:17, 22 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]
