Translation and hidden comments

Badagnani, I only have translated one third or fourth of the sources that I have used, so would you please not insert your hidden comments on the article? I've requested you thousand times for the matter that I really do not appreciate; the way that you prefer to ask your questions to me. Unfortunately, my Korean-English dictionary (reliable one) does not correctly translate a tricky Korean word "주물럭거리다" (Korean-English dic.). According to Doosan Encyclopedia that I've used as a primary source for the article,

푹 삶은 내장은 먹기 좋게 썰고, 고기는 결 반대방향으로 썰어 오랫동안 조물조물 양념한다.
The thoroughly boiled intestines are cut into bite-sized piece, the meat is cut against the grain and the two are seasoned for long time by "조물조물"

The 주물주물" (Korean dic) is an adverb of the verb 주물럭거리다. The Korean-English dictionary says "finger", "fumble 《with》", "knead" or "massage", but I could not think that the rest of the words fit to "주물럭거리다". The meat is fingered, fumbled, massaged? That sounds super Konglish, so I thought "kneaded" is the best among the worst. The meat is not pounded like making tteok. The method is like shortening the tough meat by slightly rubbing with hand. And there is a grilled meat dish named jumulleok (주물럭, that should be created in the future) is made by the same method. If you have a better idea of conveying the term in English, please do. Since I have to rely on proofreading by native English speaker. I've appreciated your help on that.
