Race or Sport

I don't want to get into a revert war over this seemingly minor specific, but a Hare and Hounds isn't actually a race! I know (and so does everyone else) that the event looks like, feels likes and rides like a race, well its just a longer motocross, but infact you are just chasing an impossible target of laps. I'm told its something to do with insurance purposes that a "race" is significantly more expensive and/or requires more bureaucracy, hence its not termed a race. Hope that makes it clear, i had hoped the term "sport" was all encompassing enough not to offend anyone while still accurately describing the event. Pickle 22:45, 16 November 2006 (UTC)
