Reversal of conviction

I edited this article to change the paragraph that said the Supreme Court reversed Hirabayashi's convictions. The convictions were overturned by lower courts, and the U.S. Government did not appeal to the Supreme Court. That means the original Korematsu and Hirabayashi opinions are still precedent.

I don't have a definitive cite for this, but found partial information on several web pages. WBSimpson 21:50, 12 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]
