ACE = ? ... I'm guessing the intent is to use CE (as opposed to AD) but I'm not sure. I checked the main page for ACE as an acronym and got nothing that makes sense.

Homoian

The Homoians, however, had a powerful ally on their side in the person of Emperor Constantius II. In the context of what goes before, this seems to make Homoian a synonym of Homoiousian. In the next paragraph, however, they are clearly treated as different things. The article on the Acacians uses the spelling, Homoean(s), for which Acacian is a synonym. That article does not mention the Homoiousians at all. The difference between the two groups (if two there are) needs to be explained.
