NOT Last Survivor of Second Anglo-Afghan War

[edit]

Hugh Pinhey was outlived by Alfred Hawker (born 1858) - last British Army survivor. Hawker is one of the "Oldest old soldiers" mentioned in The Guinness Book of Records (1972 - publisher Guinness Superlatives Ltd, page 196.) He died on 10th December 1962 aged 104 years and 41 days. In light of this I am modifying the description. Hawker is already listed in the page List of last surviving veterans of military insurgencies and wars.
