Persian Gulf

[edit]

Although both the newindianexpress and financialexpress sources use the word Arabian Gulf, its real name is the Persian Gulf. -- Iri1388 (talk) 08:50, 14 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]

What does “its real name” supposed to mean anyway? This isn’t the place to WP:RIGHTGREATWRONGS. The economic corridor is between India, the Arab states, Israel, and Europe. And those Arab governments (Saudi Arabia, UAE, and Jordan) use the alternative term the ‘Arabian Gulf’. You might take issue with it, but you don’t get to edit to force confirm your nationalistic rhetoric. I have reverted your edit on the paragraph to the previous wiki-text, and just so you know my issue with your edit is the way you’re presenting your POV in here. 2A00:1851:8018:F545:B430:F605:8DCF:3AD5 (talk) 19:15, 26 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]
