Needs some editing

This article lacks critical citations for the following: the whole first sentence, formerly part of NCCS, notable directors. If unsubstantiated language were removed, this article would evaporate. --Ibinthinkin (talk) 16:04, 11 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Technical analysis

The notability of the subject is questionable; the only Google links for it point back to WP, specifically to article authored by this same editor and with problems regarding accuracy and reliable sources (sources often do not corroborate and at times disagree with the language they supposedly support). There is no supporting documentation for the suggestion that ICE was a part of NCCS. There is no authentication for the list of publications, and six pages into a Google search of these titles only has one relevant reference to either of them--this article's usage of the term.
