Could someone evaluate [http:// cruisingresources.com/resources.php?pt=1&ss=island+packet+monohull Island Packet models] as an External Link? I believe this contains the web's most distilled collection of specifications and other information on Island Packet Yachts' various models. The page, which I compile, contains no paid content. It's a very nice site, to be sure, but it definitely is a for-profit aggregator of links and content, with an advertising component, yes? I believe this violates certain guidelines at WP:External links as it in many ways is calculated as being meant to be a link to a for-profit website (motive for inclusion being a problem). But the site itself does not seem to me as it violates the "too-much" advertising aspect. I'll see if I can find a tag to have others look at this issue.Bradfordschultze 19:23, 27 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]
We could conceivably include this link:
{{Unverifiable-external-links}} as a disclaimer, I guess, but it doesn't really address the motive for inclusion.Bradfordschultze 19:29, 27 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]
