Changed tense of a sentence

[edit]

The sentence reguarding students attending was in present tense; no students are attending now, as it it summer.

Notable alumni change

[edit]

PAWiki-I added Pete Carril and Billy Packer, and you quickly removed Pete Carril. Can you please provide some objective reasons why? You clearly don't consider him "notable enough", but any sports fan knows who he is, and as his Wikipedia entry notes, he is "One of the most successful collegiate basketball coaches in the history of the game." As an LHS alumnus, I was excited to discover he went to Liberty. Thanks. - Olinto

[edit]

I added www.lhshurricanes.org to Liberty's external links section and it always gets deleted. I looked at the guidlines and I do not understand why it is being deleted still. Anyone with some information would be appreciated.

It keeps getting taken off because it is a spam link and not allowed. There is already an official link to the LHS Hurricanes football website, that link you keep posting is just a fansite. El Greco(talk) 15:34, 29 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

um no it actually wasnt trust me. It was just as "official" as the other one. look at the "official" one now. It really looks official! Good stuff Wiki!

Grenadier Band

[edit]

The Liberty High School Grenadier Band, has a long lasting tradition of being one of the best high school bands in the country. They are the only band to perform in concert with The Band of Her Majesty's Coldstream Gaurds. The band ranges in members from 230-250 each year. They have won countless awards, and most recently marched in the 2009 Tournament of Roses Parade —Preceding unsigned comment added by 208.58.32.8 (talk) 22:15, 11 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

History of Liberty

[edit]

I think something should be written about the Liberty football stadium being built from steel donated by Bethlehem Steel and it being paid for by FDR's New Deal. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 208.58.254.103 (talk) 23:51, 23 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]
