Academy Promotions

@NikeCage68: Hi NikeCage68, pinged you as you are the main person who updates this page. Was just wondering about the treatment of academy player promotions in the article. Do we feel these are really transfers? The player is already at the club and in most cases has already made their debut for the club's first team, different clubs have different categories of academy (for instance Tommy Reffell at Leicester Tigers is in the "development squad" not "academy squad") which makes comparisons harder. Any thoughts appreciated. Also if we do retain them would it make sense to possibly delineate them from the other transfers? For instance:
