Taiwan

[edit]

The top 10 list for Taiwan for rainfall stops at over 60 inches of rain; I suspect that there are more 50-60 inch tropical storms in Taiwan, but I'm not sure where to find that information. Anyone have any idea? Titanium Dragon (talk) 22:49, 1 September 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Pictures

[edit]

I picked out four extreme events, but I'd like a fifth one, preferably a picture of people in some developing nation wading through/boating over floodwaters, as all the present pictures are from developed nations, and we don't have any people standing around in floods. Alternatively, finding a picture of landscape damage to such a country, and replacing the picture from Japan with someone wading through/boating over water, or finding a picture of people from Taiwan wading through floodwaters from one of their wettest tropical cyclones and replacing the satellite hurricane view in Taiwan with that one, and then using a satellite picture of a hurricane striking a developing country, would also be good. Was trying to go for a bit of variety in the pictures. Titanium Dragon (talk) 23:51, 1 September 2017 (UTC)[reply]
