Is this supposed to list just towns, or towns and other places?
[edit]Right now it includes cities (Palestine) and unincorporated places (all the red links, at least). --NE2 10:42, 28 November 2014 (UTC)
There's also San Antonio and strangely "northern reaches" of Austin, which are most certainly cities. And there is already List of unincorporated communities in Texas, which should include all but cities and towns, I think.
If I counted right, there are 333 entries in the list, while Category:Towns in Texas only has 264 pages. So there would be about 70 wrong ones in the list, assuming the category has it right. 85.217.20.204 (talk) 01:17, 13 June 2015 (UTC)
Can and should this list be deleted?
[edit]The previous question was not addressed, and since 2014 the List of cities in Texas has become List of municipalities in Texas which includes *all* of the incorporated towns, cities, and villages. Everything else, should be in the List of unincorporated communities in Texas or List of ghost towns in Texas. This list is obsolete.
