Suggestions for further references (about me)

[edit]

It was very kind of @Isi96 to start an article about me earlier in the year. I am not convinced that I meet GNG, but here are a few further sources which other editors might be interested in:

& some recent awards:

Also some interviews/things I have written (which obviously do not count for GNG):

& more academic pieces:

  • Allfrey, F., Moore, L. & Nevell, R. Forging the medieval on Wikipedia. Postmedieval 15, 549–580 (2024). https://doi.org/10.1057/s41280-024-00321-6
  • Nevel, Richard, and Lucy Moore. "Wikipedia and Archaeology." The Routledge Handbook of Archaeology and the Media in the 21st Century. Routledge, 2024. 195-213.
  • Carruthers, W., Niala, J.C., Davis, S., Challis, D., Schiappacasse, P.A., Dixon, S., Milosavljević, M., Moore, L., Nevell, R., Fitzpatrick, A. and Abd el Gawad, H., 2021. Inequality and Race in the Histories of Archaeology. Bulletin of the History of Archaeology, 31(1), pp.1-19.

& a mention of the above in a colleague's article: Leonard V. Looking Up, Looking Online: Gender, Representation, and Bias in Classics. InDiversity and the Study of Antiquity in Higher Education 2023 Apr 12 (pp. 72-87). Routledge.

On a final note, I don't mind if the article is AfD'd either. Lajmmoore (talk) 17:16, 13 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you @Innisfree987, just to note I left Leeds Museums and Galleries in 2023 and subsequently worked for the National Trust for 6 months, and since July am at Special Collections at the University of Leeds curating the numismatics collection. There's been no profile written about me in the last year, but I am pretty sure I posted on my LinkedIn about them? Lajmmoore (talk) 07:14, 14 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Oh thank you for the note! I’ll at least date the Leeds Museums info! Innisfree987 (talk) 07:34, 14 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Page title

[edit]

I would suggest we consider moving this to Lucy Moore (Wikipedian), as that’s the basis for the secondary source coverage. Thoughts? Innisfree987 (talk) 22:13, 13 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Or Lucy Moore (Wikipedia editor) might be the convention, per Another Believer (Wikipedia editor). Innisfree987 (talk) 22:15, 13 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Agree Lajmmoore (talk) 07:09, 14 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Great I think I’ll just go ahead with that. Innisfree987 (talk) 07:36, 14 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]
