Article Improvement Inquries

[edit]

Hi contributors! For the section about Maria's role as an educator, would it be useful information to include the courses she has taught or is that inaccessible information that has already been considered?

Deleted some supposed personal information: The source is not reliable. That journalist has never interviewed the author. Beliefs or non-beliefs belong to the person's private life. Moreover that is a matter of private life. There is no public or written statement from this professional on this aspect. More: Article 9 of the Council of Europe Convention on Human Rights protects both the right to practice religion and the right not to testify about it, unless the person has explicitly wanted to do so. Article 8: Right to privacy Everyone has the right to respect for his private and family life, his home and his correspondence Article 9 of the ECHR. "Everyone has the right to freedom of thought, conscience and religion; this right includes freedom to change his religion or belief and freedom, either alone or in community with others and in public or private, to manifest his religion or belief, in worship, teaching, practice and observance". According to article 16 of the Spanish Constitution: " No one may being compelled to testify about their ideology, religion or beliefs". — Preceding unsigned comment added by 155.210.215.6 (talk) 14:22, 3 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]
