Removed "and the effect of gravity on it", as that is the definition of weight, not mass. - IstvanWolf 05:15, 22 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Can't find the perfect page to send links to if they refer to the "masses," i.e. the regular people or citizens. People isn't right, it's too general. Hoi polloi is closer... Anyway, the bulk of pages that link here come from the redirect via "masses," which gets tons of hits as that concept. - Stephen Goldmeier | Profile | Talk | (._.) | 06:15, 15 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Added "In military" section, added MASS shotgun link. I'm new at this, and thought this seemed better than military links being put in "other uses" and "in science" Rainer3J (talk) 00:06, 8 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Mass --> biomass

[edit]

Why is 'biomass' not being referred to here as one of the 'other' examples under 'mass'? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 41.177.50.239 (talk) 11:40, 31 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]
