In the high school section, it says he won the California state high school championship. That is impossible considering California doesn't have state champs in football. He probably won the CIF southern section divisional championship at Hart. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 71.56.0.112 (talk) 17:50, 7 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Actually, California does NOW have a State Championship, however, your assessment is correct, that there wasn't one back then. Checking the Hart High School wikipedia suggest that the school won CIF that year instead. 130.166.146.229 17:02, 15 October 2007 (UTC)drummerdan82[reply]

Reverted Edit

[edit]

I have reverted the latest edit due to the fact that the previous edit was an improvement to the article. This whole article sounds like it was written by Matt Moore. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Booster4324 (talkcontribs) 19:35, 28 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

I am watching the game: Matt Moore has not died. Wikipedia has issues if anybody can claim a person has died when everyone else can see that person is alive and on live tv. 2601:681:4400:B770:508B:3E98:3CA2:17AC (talk) 19:21, 8 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Comment: @K6ka: Giving the article a read over, the blatant vandalism that was inserted into the article right before you protected the page appears to be gone. I think that series of vandalism has been fully rectified if I'm not mistaken. --JustBerry (talk) 19:37, 8 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]

2011 season

[edit]

Moore was signed by the Dolphins on July 28, 2011 to back up Chad Henne. He switched numbers, from 3 to 8. On October 2, 2011 Moore entered the game against the Chargers in the 1st quarter after Henne went down with a shoulder injury. He completed 17 of 26 passes for 167 yards and an interception, compiling a 67.3 quarterback rating.[1] On November 6 he became the first Miami quarterback since Chad Pennington in 2008 to throw three touchdown passes in a game, in their 31–3 win over the Kansas City Chiefs. He repeated that feat in week 11, blowing out the Bills 35–8, and had the highest QB rating of the week. In 2012 he was announced as the Dolphins' 2011-2012 season MVP.[citation needed]

Here is an authoritative source for the last sentence regarding Moore's selection by the Dolphins as their 2011 season MVP for which a "citation needed" flag has been posted since Aug 2012:

He's not known to be a prostitute

[edit]

On my mobile device, I see a subhead under his name reading "Male prostitute." I'm now on a Windows desktop and I don't see that. I don't have enough experience here to know how to find where that is in the article, so I don't know how to find and remove that vandalism. I've tried to edit the article and the word "prostitute" does not appear, at least not on my Windows platform.Bro rick (talk) 14:30, 17 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]
