Is there a problem here?

I suppose so, since there's a big tag on top of the whole article. But the thing is, if you're gonna stick a tag on an article that asks editors to come and discuss things on the talk page, then maybe you'd best start that discussion yourself. If you've got nothing to add but a tag, then you haven't done shit to help improve the encyclopedia, all you've done is what my dog does when I take him for a walk: you've marked the territory with an I was here announcement, and now the rest of us are just left with your smell.
