The article should translate the title, which seems that it should be in English "Mother, the Man with the Coke Is Here". Apparently in German, "Koks" means both coke (fuel) (derived from coal) as well as cocaine, and the lyrics appear to use the double meaning (which carries over to English, since the word "coke" has both meanings in English). --Metropolitan90 (talk) 03:27, 4 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]
