Huge cut-and-paste section is possible copyvio

The entire "History" section is a cut-and-paste job from Charlotte-Mecklenburg Historic Landmarks Commission. Has permission been given to Wikipedia to do that? Even if we have permission, it needs a big cleanup effort to get is up to our standards. Chris the speller yack 01:49, 5 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
