Bogus reference

I don’t know whether it is an honest mistake or something worse, but the PDF at the first reference does not support the sentence it is cited on. In fact, it does not even contain the word "English." Moreover, a web search for the alleged title turns up no such document. I am going to remove it, as I can’t figure out any way to fix it.伟思礼 (talk) 01:04, 7 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]
