Starting the article

[edit]

On 15FEB13, I started the article as a two-paragraph stub and look to expand it once more becomes available and other projects are out of the way. I created a New Jersey distilled spirits category, and the two new distilleries, Jersey Artisan Distilling and Cooper River Distillers have been made redirects to this article pending the creation of a Manufacturers' section within the article. Eventually their own notability may warrants their own article.--ColonelHenry (talk) 20:10, 15 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]

I noticed that he's done a fair bit of editing to this article—and some related articles. Folks may wish to reexamine his previous copy and references with an air of skepticism.
