"His policies on Affirmative Action are one of the most notable." This statement is vague and confusing. Can this be clarified by referencing actual policies, or what these policies did/will achieve? Also, his policies are ONE? Besides seeming grammatically incorrect, what group are we referencing? Affirmative Action policies? One of WHAT?

this isn't a paper to grade. if you find flaws....correct them. as simple as that.--Juju 14:13, 27 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I agree with the original comments. Obviously what the page says is not true, or his policies would have been noted, i.e., described. Could somebody explain his views on affirmative action. (I assume his position is complex; it would not be notable if he either outright supported or opposed affirmative action, since both are common positions.--El Norteño —Preceding unsigned comment added by 72.88.231.174 (talk) 11:35, 2 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

notable

[edit]

I added the notable tag to this article. While the article shows that his CV is probably pretty impressive, the most notable thing I can find for him is that he has several contributions to the New York Times. Which probably does not meet wp:prof or wp:bio. Voiceofreason01 (talk) 15:41, 26 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]
