"Lighter weight equates to less steel ...." is a chicken and egg statement. Also, lower weight does not necessarily equate to less cost as implied. I can easily design a complex geometry that optimizes material but is expensive to manufacture. Some manufacturing design software does not optimize for manufactured cost as overtly as for minimized steel weight. I think that the writer may have more ideas to communicate that they have not fully developed in the statement.Extraordinary Spaces (talk) 03:12, 29 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Pre Engineered buildings are the alternate solution for conventional RCC buildings in industrial applications.
