To merge Titanocene bis(trimethylsilyl)acetylene and Zirconocene bis(trimethylsilyl)acetylene pyridine into this article for reasons of overlap. Klbrain (talk) 15:07, 18 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]

I suggest that the article Titanocene bis(trimethylsilyl)acetylene be merged into this one. They are about the same topic, so there is no need for separate articles. Marbletan (talk) 19:25, 21 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]

There is some difference, as Rosenthal's reagent can be at least 4 different chemicals, and Zirconocene bis(trimethylsilyl)acetylene pyridine is another of them (variation on zirconium and pyridine). Graeme Bartlett (talk) 09:35, 24 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Well we also have Zirconocene bis(trimethylsilyl)acetylene pyridine that I tagged for merging. There does not appear to be substantial encyclopediac content specific to each one to merit their own article. The article about each one is barely acceptable for WP in my opinion. Would likely be rejected at AFC for being a lit-review of primary research using editors' own attempts at context rather than secondary refs to give context and DUE to certain aspects.
