[edit]

this article contains serious and reliable references.

maybe so, but they are listed very badly, with no actual links, or context given. as for the article itself, it has no real order or tidyness, and is far too biased towards the man e.g. "There he impressed his comrades with his sense of sharing, justice, and dignity." or "He could have remained safely in England, but felt his duty was to go back to France and share its fate."
in short, it is simply a list of facts, which need to be brought together into sentences and paragraphs, and the notability of the subject needs to be stressed in the opening section, there were many french resistance fighters, all brave men and women. why should this one receive an article above others?--Jac16888 20:37, 12 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]
simply linking lots of words does not improve the article--Jac16888 20:37, 12 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]
As stated by Jac16888, your references aren't listed properly or cited anywhere in the article. Notability is questionable. Also, the article is a huge mess. DraxusD 21:52, 12 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

[edit]

the remaining references you have given, books and newspaper articles don't actually give any meaning the above is what is part wrong with your article, i have tried to improve your article to look at, such as i could, but it still has many problems chief being that notability has still yet to be proven.--Jac16888 22:04, 12 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]
