I've taken a stab at turning this article into something readable, but have ground to a halt! The original text seems to have been cribbed from the centre's somewhat impenetrable website. The "brochure speak" is a lot of work to make sense of without more in-depth knowledge of the subject. I hope at least I've made steps in the right direction. The title for this article is incorrect; it's the Saskatchewan Forest, not Forestry, Centre. I don't know how to change that.
