SaxonwoldShebeen

[edit]

Have rolledback the entry concerning the twitter page of the "SaxonwoldShebeen" which is not an actual place but a piece of political satire concerning current state of politics in South Africa and a parastatal managers' reason for his frequent visits to the suburb. The politics is relevant for some other article but not really relevant to this article. Thanks Conlinp (talk) 05:23, 6 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]

I do think that it is worth making note of the Gupta family compound (also known as the Saxonwold Shebeen) in this article as it is without doubt a well known landmark in the area. It is also something of interest to the general public. As of writing this comment I see that no mention of it has so far been made to the estate. I agree that the actual politics associated with the place should not live on this article as it is better explained elsewhere.--Discott (talk) 21:31, 11 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]
