His article and the article on Derby, Connecticut say he lived in Derby. Any idea on which is true? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 158.59.89.125 (talkcontribs) 17:48, 10 November 2006

From collecting references, I see that he was said to live in Derby duringthe period when he lived with his uncle. That became transmuted into born-in-Derby (best guess) Tedickey 11:09, 22 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Tetley Tea

[edit]

Should Tetley USA not be mentioned under Prominent Companies? Assuming that whomever put together this article is a Shelton resident, I'm guessing this was either an oversight, or that there was an intentional reason for not including Tetley. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 69.182.126.26 (talkcontribs) 22:11, 14 March 2007

  • Tetley sold their building and moved. Should not the Huntington district be mentioned? —Preceding unsigned comment added by Tetty2 (talkcontribs) 13:59, 17 April 2007
I didn't notice this comment, but did look - was unable to find a source for Tetley's stay in Shelton. Huntington is interesting - but it seems mainly to non-residents of Shelton Tedickey 11:09, 22 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]
  • Tetley still mentions the shelton address on their website [1]

  • The shelton/huntington/white hills geography is actually a pretty big political/socio-economic hot topic to local residents. This link is not na authroitative source, but explains it very well. [2]
