Old bridge

[edit]

The old bridge is a road rail bridge, is it not? Tabletop (talk) 04:37, 19 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]

There are two other bridges across the Nile at Jinja: (a) The Nalubaale Bridge over Nalubaale Hydroelectric Power Station. It was built in 1952. It is a purely road bridge. (b) The Uganda Railways Bridge is a stand-alone railway crossing north of the Source of the Nile, but south of the Nalubaale Bridge and the adjacent New Jinja Bridge. The railway bridge was built either in the late 19th century or in the early 20th century. Fsmatovu (talk) 03:39, 8 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]
