UK Cunninghamese?

[edit]

Does anyone know what this is referring too? It kinda looks like vandalism to me.163.160.107.179 (talk) 08:55, 6 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Just to confirm that in UK, a vest is a thin undergarment, most often sleeveless. An historic version for gentlemen referred to what more-recently was known as a waistcoat (I got a knob of cheese and a pickled onion in my vest pocket...). I have never known a sleeveless jumper to be known as a vest.--Rocknrollmancer (talk) 21:42, 16 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]
