This page was created from a large, rambling section originally included in the Cassandra Clare page. It took up an unreasonable amount of space, and when I noticed that Clare's other most popular fan fiction story, The Very Secret Diaries had its own page, I made the decision to migrate the Draco Trilogy information to its own page. I did not originate any of the story synopsis previously included in this article, and have since deleted it, because another editor strongly feels it to have been poorly written, and I agree. If there's a more official synopsis out there, I hope someone will add it.

The Draco Trilogy is notable for its own page for three reasons, and IMO doesn't qualify for deletion for these reasons:

  • Most notable fan fiction written by now-pro author Cassandra Clare; her high-profile as a fan fiction author after releasing this story is what got her published professionally.
  • Stirred a heated plagiarism debate for the author, which, while Wikipedia might not address, is a large enough debacle that the author changed her pen name to avoid discussing it; virtually all domain name variants of "Cassandra Claire" (the original pseudonym) point to discussions of the plagiarism scandal.
  • Clare's Very Secret Diaries also have their own page. If this is to be deleted as non-notable, that should be as well, and I wouldn't have any problem with both of them going, if that was the decision.
