Adding details

[edit]

In my opinion it should be also mentioned on the page that the Hartwell Paper recommends to achieve the goal, "to develop non-carbon energy supplies at unsubsidised costs less than those using fossil fuels", by “funding this work by low hypothecated (dedicated) carbon taxes” ( Hartwell Paper 210: 5 ) .

Moreover the three main objectives: Energy access for all, clean energy and dealing with climate change should be described in detail.

The reference “ EU Climate Policy after the Crash of 09. The European Business Review, September 2010” doesn´t work.
