POV

[edit]
Some critics disliked the film -- as you might expect -- as Price made Lionheart
such a sympathetic character, especially compared to his enemies, the critics.

This doesn't state the critic's POV. Yes, this is funny, but doesn't belong in an encyclopedia article. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 74.135.13.120 (talk) 04:27, 28 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Adolf Hitler sound bite

[edit]

Could not find a reference online. I was wondering if anyone noticed - and whether it is noteworthy - that at 10:42 in the movie, when the "vagrants" are fiddling with the sound effects machine of the theatre, all of a sudden you can hear Adolf Hitler "und in Euren jungen Gehirnen" ("and in your young brains") from a 1934 speech to the Hitler Youth. Vincent Price's bio mentions his "initial admiration for Adolf Hitler" and I'm wondering why this particular sound bite was put there? Lionheart's disguised daughter says "The world's greatest living actor", he raises his right arm and then the sound bite plays. At least someone help me with the interpretation!
