Extraordinary Claims

[edit]

Only orangutan birth in 2008? Where? In the world? Sorry don't believe it...! --Michael Johnson (talk) 02:45, 29 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

No, not the only orangutan birth of the world, just the Northern and Western Hemispheres. Belugaboy535136 (talk) 20:30, 31 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Then that claim, and other similar ones in the article need to be clarified and sourced, as they are very specific and somewhat extraordinary. --Michael Johnson (talk) 23:33, 31 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]
I got all of my information from an issue of "Gateways," the magazine for Brookfield Zoo members, and a little from the CZS Website. Belugaboy535136 (talk) 14:21, 1 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Then WP:SOURCE it. --Swift (talk) 19:00, 1 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]
I have done so. Regards, Belugaboy535136 Talk To Him 15:05, 1 January 2010 (CST)

You don't get to close discussions, especially by shouting it at people. As it happens the referencing of this article is still totally inadequate, and requires inline citations. The web page you reference does not exist. --Michael Johnson (talk) 23:18, 2 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I'm not shouting. Anyway, somebody merged the two articles!! I worked jumbo hard on Tropic World! Belugaboy535136 (talk) 18:39, 3 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]
