Disadvantages

[edit]

If there are advantages, then surely there are disadvantages as well. 155.84.57.253 (talk) 18:18, 12 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I would like to point out a prominent student driven community site: www.studynoteswiki.com. Perhaps we can add it at the bottom of the page? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 165.146.53.207 (talk) 07:29, 28 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Edit of 22 October (NPOV)

[edit]

I notice that the edit of 22 October 2009 replaced a link to WikiStudent with a link to my.unisa.ac.za. The edit was performed by someone with a unisa.ac.za IP address. I would like to suggest that this edit be reverted. Unfortunately, I am the maintainer of WikiStudent and cannot legitimately do the revert myself. I did not add the original link to WikiStudent nor do I know who added the original link (although I am grateful to them :)). --196.2.56.5 (talk) 05:04, 24 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Can't see why it should be one or the other, both seem to be valid external links. I have re-added wikistudent --NJR_ZA (talk) 10:13, 24 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Pending changes

[edit]

This article is one of a number selected for the early stage of the trial of the Wikipedia:Pending Changes system on the English language Wikipedia. All the articles listed at Wikipedia:Pending changes/Queue are being considered for level 1 pending changes protection.

The following request appears on that page:

Comments on the suitability of this page for "Pending changes" would be appreciated.

Please update the Queue page as appropriate.

Note that I am not involved in this project any much more than any other editor, I am just posting these notes since it is quite a big change, potentially.

List of Nobel Prize Winners

[edit]

I recently viewed the University of Liverpool website and there was a section for Nobel Prize winners. I think a section like that is needed here as well as Desmond Tutu as an alumni. 41.183.0.70 (talk) 22:11, 15 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]
