Content dispute

[edit]

Hi. Please read the lead of the article. There's no need to repeat this information as it's covered there (and in much better English too). Thanks. Lugnuts Fire Walk with Me 16:57, 1 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]

You are now edit warring. Please stop. Lugnuts Fire Walk with Me 16:59, 1 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]
@Lugnuts: It takes two to tangle. The fact about this specific match being first in Karachi after 2009 attack and being first inside Pakistan between these two teams is not covered in lead and should not be covered in lead because it's about this match so it should go with facts about this match. Also, you should be discussing content dispute on article talk page and not on my talk page. I do not have a problem with you changing the wording. You are not an authority on English so please stop using offensive summary lines. Sheriff | ☎ 911 | 17:09, 1 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]
OK, you are obviously struggling here. READ the second paragraph. It clearly states "The last time an international cricket match was played at the venue in Karachi was in February 2009, when Sri Lanka toured Pakistan.[13] That series was cut short, following an attack on the Sri Lanka cricket team". This is the most important information, hence why it's in the lead (and sourced too). Lugnuts Fire Walk with Me 17:52, 1 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]
