Division

[edit]

Are those listed black belt division winners?? If they are that should be in the title of the section. 213.149.61.225 (talk) 14:11, 1 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]

I updated the article to reflect the formatting of the World IBJJF Jiu-Jitsu Championship (gi) page. "Men's champions" and "Women's champions" are now listed as "Men's black belt world champions" and "Women's black belt world champions", respectively. --JHP (talk) 07:34, 14 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Women's 2023

[edit]

Just a note that this article is missing the women's winners for 2023. Maybe I'll wp:sofixit, but in case someone else notices, please feel free to jump in. Biosthmors (talk) 19:04, 4 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Fixed. However, User:JHP, or anyone else, how are the flags determined? It's not at the cited source. Right now there's 2 missing. Thanks. Biosthmors (talk) 15:20, 29 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
If a competitor has a biography on Wikipedia, you can probably just look at the nationality in their bio's infobox. Otherwise, I'm not completely sure.
When I created the "List of winners by total titles" section, I just reused the flags from earlier in the article. --JHP (talk) 05:11, 12 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]
