Anas flavirostris has been renamed "Yellow-billed Teal" by the International Ornithological Congress (IOC). Shouldn't we edit this article then? Every four months, the IOC performs a number of updates: Species, English name, Range, and Taxonomic Updates. But I can see the relevant articles haven't been edited. Is there a reason for this?

Thank you for enlightening me :-)
